  • Developed for measurement using a metallurgical microscope or stereoscopic microscope as a mirror.
  • Can measure a target shape in X, Y and Z directions by evaluating the stage displacement. It provides a measuring accuracy of approx. 1ƒÊm. However, because dimensions are checked visually, measuring errors may occur depending on the user's skill.
