The 3D display function precisely represents the height at each point on the target. You can freely rotate 3D images on the screen, and therefore observe the target's three-dimensional structure, which cannot be seen with conventional microscopes. An image of the desired area with poor focus can be composed automatically by simply turning the focus-adjustment knob while observing the real-time image on the screen. In addition to observation in the X, Y, and Z directions, the camera can be tilted at any angle and the stage can be rotated by 360º. Moreover, this stand is designed not to let the target go out of the field of view even when the lens is tilted or the stage is rotated. Consequently, targets can easily be observed from multiple angles without any complicated adjustment.
