Microscope Lense and Fiberscopes

Wide Angle, Zoom Lens and Fiberscope for Inspection

Probably one of the most important part of any digital microscope system are the lens and fiberscopes that are used with the microscope. KEYENCE offers some of the best lens which are listed below. These lens when used with the KEYENCE VHX-1000 produce some of the best images obtainable with digital microscopes.

Long-distance, High-performance Zoom Lens [VH-Z50]

Long monitoring distance of 85 mm with 500x magnification

Long-distance, High-performance Zoom Lens [VH-Z50]

VH-Z50 specifications

Monitoring distance: 85 mm

  Monitoring distance: 85 mm
With the state-of-the-art optical design and advanced illumination technology, the LW lens has achieved a long monitoring distance of 85 mm with a magnification of up to 500x. The deep recess in a target can be observed with a sharp image. The wider working space ensures significant improvement in the monitoring efficiency.

10x optical zoom

  10x optical zoom
The wide-range design enables seamless monitoring of targets by capturing from a whole image to a magnified image.
You can change the magnification while keeping the 85 mm monitoring distance, resulting in a great improvement in the work efficiency.

3 times deeper than before

  3 times deeper than before
The "deep depth of field", which is one of the biggest features of microscopes, has been enhanced further.
A depth of field at least three times deeper compared to conventional models ensures observation of sharp images of targets with uneven surfaces.

Wide Range Zoom Lens [VH-Z100]

Wide-range zoom lens offers high resolution and large depth of field.

Wide-range zoom lens - VH-Z100

Zoom from 100x to 1000x at 25 mm

IC pattern. Zoom 100x to 1000x.
The wide range design allows continuous zoom for applications ranging from finding a target point to analyzing magnified images. The observation distance is constant at 25 mm through the entire zoom range. This is an easy-to-use, all-around zoom lens that can be used in almost any application.

Ideal for 3D Image Generation

  Battery safety valve.
The VH-Z100 incorporates high-resolution lenses which have been optimized for creating 3D images. It has 2.5 times higher resolution than conventional lenses. Combined with the VHX-1000 digital microscope, high quality 3D images can be reproduced.

Excellent Depth of Field

  Chemical Fibers.
The VH-Z100 has a depth of field approximately 2-times higher than that of conventional modles. The flare generated by irregular reflection of illumination light has been significantly reduced by precisely examining the curvature of each lens and applying our original lens coating technology. Both high resolution and high depth of field are achieved by adding an optical aperture to the bright, high-contrast lenses.

High Resolution Zoom Lens [VH-Z500]

Wide-range zoom lens offers high resolution and large depth of field.

Wide-range zoom lens - VH-Z500

Numerical Aperture (N.A.) of 0.82 at 4.4 mm

IC pattern. Zoom 100x to 1000x.
Optical aberration has been minimized by using 24 high-grade lenses. The large-diameter spherical lens has achieved an observation distance of 4.4 mm. This is an ideal zoom lens featuring both high resolution and ease of use.

Optical Zoom from 500x to 5000x

IC pattern. Zoom 100x to 1000x.
The development of this high-resolution lens with almost no optical aberration easily provides a zoom range 10 times wider than conventional models. High-resolution images with minimum distortion can be obtained within the entire zoom range.
