Linear Stage - VHX-S15K |

The new KEYENCE VHX-S15K linear stage and controller when used with the KEYENCE VH-S1 stand VH-Z500 high-power zoom lens enables automatic measurement of 3-D profiles. In additional a newly developed profile measurement function makes it possible to generate 3-D from 2-D cross sections that are automatically captured. Using this data, the height and width of projections and depressions can be measured and displayed on a graph. A cursor is used to precisely select the area on the 3-D image
to be measured. |
