Split Screen Functions (VHX-1000)

A standard feature on most high end digital microscopes is the ability to display independently captured images on a monitor screen split horizontally, vertically or into four parts. This function enables easy comparative inspection between acceptable and unacceptable products or comparative observation of overall and magnified images. The KEYENCE VHX-1000 includes this function as a standard feature.

KEYENCE VHX-1000 Split Screen Variations

Split screen observation.

Wide-range View Function (VHX-1000)

  Wide range view function.
Using this function an image is displayed with proper brightness even when the target has both excessively dark and bright areas. With this function the KEYENCE VHX-1000 enables the clear observation of highly glossy targets such as connectors or solders.

Supercharged Shutter Function (VHX-1000)

  Supercharged shutter function.
Images are captured with indirect illumination and direct illumination. This VHX-1000 function is effective for eliminating halation caused by directly illuminating the target. This function is effective for observation of targets with high surface reflectance such as mirror-surfaced objects.

Edge Enhancement Function (VHX-1000)

  Supercharged shutter function.
The edge is enhanced in the observation area in real time. Surface flaws that are difficult to see with an optical microscope are projected clearly. This function is effective for observation of flaws on metal or glass surfaces or for checking for foreign substances.
