Developed for measurement using a metallurgical microscope or stereoscopic microscope.
Can measure a target shape in X, Y and Z directions by evaluating the stage displacement. It provides a measuring accuracy of approx. 1µm. However, because dimensions are checked visually, measuring errors may occur depending on the user's skill.
Approx. 50mm to 200mm dimensions can be measured depending on the stage type.
