Disadvantages of stereoscopic microscopes |
- They have an extremely shallow depth of field, A defective part may be overlooked.
- Because their observation distance is short, the target must be processed before it is set on the stage.
- Since they have many adjustment points, the user must be trained before using this type of microscope.
- The eye pieces cause fatigue.
