Quick Full Focus Function
Observe an image that is entirely in-focus by just turning the mouse wheel
New function clarifies unfocused images
The Quick Full Focus function is a revolutionary new feature that can synthesize a full-focus image simply by turning the mouse wheel, capturing several images while moving the objective lens focal position with the electronic Z-axis stage. The BZ-9000 extracts only the focused points among the group of images captured, to synthesize a full-focus image in real-time. This allows for the analysis of a single, focused image, instead of numerous, partially-focused sections, reducing inspection time and improving documentation. The BZ-9000 also has several measurement tools that enable quick and accurate measurements, even on samples that are typically difficult to evaluate.
